Intro to Pink Ribbon Program: Come learn about the benefits and participate in a 30 minute class. The Pink Ribbon Program, founded by Doreen Puglisi, MS, was created to help meet the goals of the breast cancer survivor. These major areas of concern typically include body image, frozen shoulder, and/or range of motion, depression and anxiety. Allison is a certified pink ribbon program instructor. This workshop will show you if Pink Ribbon is for you!

Balance on the Bosu: Work hard and improve your balance on the Bosu like nothing you have experienced
Foam Rolling Workshop: In this workshop perfect your core stabilizing skills while challenging your balance on the Foam Roller. Mastering control of this prop will take your Pilates ability to the next level. You will also learn to use this prop to maintain proper alignment during your stretching routines. Challenge your stability, balance, and endurance all at once! The class is limited to 6 participants at a time.
Pilates Mat for Golf: Learn how Pilates can build strength and flexibility simultaneously, develop core strength, improve your posture, alignment, and weight transfer as well as create stability. It can improve your game while diminishing the chance of low back problems related to golf. Pilates teaches proper movement and applies these techniques to the specific biomechanics of the golf swing making it a powerful tool for improving your game.
